The staff were lovely and very helpful, definitely appreciated.
My room was small, a fact. It did not feel like the photos. Honestly, a bit disappointing. The noise from a brasserie across the street was VERY distracting. The mattress was uncomfortable. I would not recommend it.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating i think this is the hotel's best asset the rooms had a decent size for this location most importantly the rooms were clean and nicely designed the bedroom furniture was new and the housekeeping service cleaned the room well daily
the wi-fi signal was not reliable i experienced intermittent connectivity
